#41 - Run


Running helps to improve your mood. When the endorphins start coursing through your system, you'll feel yourself getting lighter and happier. Running gives you tremendous health benefits too. It's easy to get started*, all you need is a pair of running shoes.

Rain is refreshing,
Wind braces us up,
Snow is exhilarating,
There's really no such thing as bad weather,
Only different kinds of good weather."
